WordPress cookies (wp-settings-* and wordpress_logged_in_*) are only set in browsers with an active admin session; a regular visitor does not receive them.
How to disable them
You can block or delete cookies at any time from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Blocking technical cookies may prevent parts of the site from working correctly, for example remembering your language preference.
Legal basis
The use of strictly necessary technical cookies is exempt from the obligation of prior consent under Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE) and the guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
