Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide when filling in the contact form: name, email, phone (optional) and your message. We also log your IP address temporarily and exclusively for technical purposes (rate limiting) to prevent abusive use of the form.
Purpose of processing
The data is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry. We do not share it with third parties, we do not use it for marketing campaigns, and we do not transfer it to any external entity.
Legal basis
Your consent when submitting the form, in accordance with Article 6.1.a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and digital rights (LOPDGDD).
Retention period
We keep messages for as long as the relationship or enquiry lasts, and up to a maximum of 2 years after the last interaction if there is no activity. After that period, the data is securely deleted.
Your rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to info@larquitectos.com with «GDPR» in the subject line. We will respond within a maximum of 30 days.
Complaints
If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with regulations, you may submit a complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency: www.aepd.es.
Security
The site is always served over HTTPS and form messages are sent via TLS-authenticated SMTP. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access to data.
